Initial start-up chemicals will be added and up to 2 hours total netting surface and/or vacuuming. Commercial Drain & Clean + Opening Commercial Drain & Clean + Opening: $2,800.00 This selection requires a SIGNED Liability Waiver with opening selections and deposit. Includes removal of winter cover for storage on-site. Removal of winterizing plugs and antifreeze from lines where possible and practical. Pool will be completely emptied, power-washed with cleaning solution, rinsed and pumped dry. This price does NOT include the cleaning chemicals, as concentration and amounts will vary based on the pool's condition and size. This price does NOT include the water to refill the pool, as some pools have fill-lines, and some may require trucked-in water delivered. Reinstall existing jet returns, handrails/ladders, pump, filter, sanitizing equipment, and gauges. Exposed piping and equipment will be inspected. Heater(s) will be test-fired but turned off unless specified otherwise by management. The property is responsible for letting Barton Pool Company know when the water is at operational level. Company will return to start up the system and add start-up chemicals. Heavy debris removal will be billed in addition. If so, property is responsible for refilling and notifying Barton Pool Company when water is at operational level. Company will return to start up system and start up chemicals. A return visit will be billed in addition. De-winterize fresh water lines and drainage plumbing.Additional Information or CommentsSpecial notes, specific timeframe, etc.Barton Pool Company Release of Liability Commercial Property Management Notice: Hydrostatic pressure (ground water, area water table) can cause shifting and/or upheaval of fiberglass and concrete/gunite pool shells. Similarly, acid washing of the pool surface, although diluted to safe working concentrations, can expose the pool finish and related weaknesses hidden at the time of job commencement. Due to these inherent risks involved with entirely draining and cleaning pools, Barton Pool Company cannot be held responsible for conditions outside his control. Barton Pool Company will take every precautionary measure possible to insure the best outcome for the safety of the pool. Re-scheduling for better jobsite conditions may have to be considered for certain locations or weather related timing.
